We do not use your password, private account credentials, birthday messages, or uploaded images for advertising targeting.

4. Third-Party Tools We Use

WishCraftHub uses selected third-party services to operate, improve, analyze, and monetize the website.

4.1 Firebase Cloud Messaging

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications to users who allow notifications.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, passwords, birthday messages, uploaded images, or other directly identifying template content to Google Analytics.

4.4 Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA v2 to protect WishCraftHub forms from spam, bots, and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA is active on the sign in, sign up, forgot password, verify email, and contact us pages.

Provider:

• Google LLC

When you complete a reCAPTCHA challenge, Google may collect hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and send it to Google for analysis. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your account data, template data, uploaded images, birthday messages, or passwords to anyone.

However, we use third-party services that may process limited technical, analytics, notification, or advertising-related data to help us operate WishCraftHub.

We may share or allow processing of limited data with:

• Firebase for push notifications
• Google Analytics 4 for traffic tracking and analytics
• Google reCAPTCHA for bot protection and form security
• Adsterra for advertisement display, ad delivery, ad measurement, and ad security
• Hosting, server, security, or customer support providers where needed
• Legal authorities if required by law or necessary to protect WishCraftHub, our users, or others

Advertising partners such as Adsterra may collect or process technical and usage data through cookies, pixels, tags, or similar technologies. This may include IP address, browser information, device information, pages visited, ad interactions, and other advertising-related data.

Depending on your location, some privacy laws may treat third-party advertising cookies, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising as “sharing” or “selling” personal information. WishCraftHub does not sell user account data or template content, but Adsterra advertising may involve third-party advertising data processing.

6. Public and Shareable Template Links

When you create a wishing template, the template may be accessible through a shareable link.

Anyone with the link may be able to view the template content, including:

• Birthday person’s name
• Birthday date
• Birthday message
• Uploaded images

Do not upload private, sensitive, confidential, illegal, harmful, or unauthorized content into templates.

You are responsible for the content you include in a template and for anyone you share the template link with.

7. User Rights and Controls

Users can directly:

• Create templates
• Edit templates
• Delete templates
• Change account name
• Change password
• Reset password
• Permanently delete an account

When you delete template data, it is removed from normal user access. Some deleted information may remain temporarily in backups, server logs, security records, or technical records until those records are automatically removed or no longer needed.

You can permanently delete your account from the Profile section of your dashboard. We verify the request with a time-limited code sent to your registered email address before deleting the account and its associated data, except for records we are legally or operationally required to retain.

8. Data Storage and Security

We store only the information needed to operate, secure, improve, and support WishCraftHub, including:

• Account data
• Template data
• Uploaded images
• Customer support chat data
• Notification data
• Basic server logs
• Security logs
• Error logs
• Advertising and analytics-related technical data where applicable

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No website or online service is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and for not sharing your login details with others.

9. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide WishCraftHub, maintain security, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services.

Template data remains stored until the user deletes it or the account is deleted, unless we need to retain limited records for legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Support messages, notification records, technical logs, advertising logs, analytics data, and security logs may be retained for a reasonable period to maintain and protect the service.

10. Children and Age Requirements

WishCraftHub is not intended for children under 13.

To use WishCraftHub, users need an email address. Many email providers require users to be at least 13 years old, but having an email address does not prove a user’s actual age.

If you are under 18, you should use WishCraftHub only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without proper consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

11. Your Responsibility for Uploaded Content

You are responsible for the images, names, messages, dates, and other content you upload or enter into WishCraftHub.

You should only upload images and content that:

• You own
• You have permission to use
• Do not violate another person’s privacy
• Do not violate copyright, trademark, or other rights
• Do not contain harmful, illegal, abusive, misleading, or offensive material

WishCraftHub may remove content that violates this Privacy Policy, our Terms and Conditions, or applicable law.

12. International Users

WishCraftHub may be accessed from different countries. Privacy laws may vary depending on where you live.

By using WishCraftHub, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the country where our servers, service providers, or third-party tools operate.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will change the “Last Updated” date above.

Your continued use of WishCraftHub after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
