1. About WishCraftHub

WishCraftHub allows users to create, edit, delete, view, and share wishing templates.

Templates may include:

• Birthday person’s name
• Birthday date
• Birthday message
• Uploaded images
• Template settings
• Other related template content

WishCraftHub may also display advertisements and use third-party services for analytics, notifications, advertising, hosting, security, and customer support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WishCraftHub.

If you are under 18, you may use WishCraftHub only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using WishCraftHub, you confirm that:

• You meet the age requirement
• You have the right to use the website
• The information you provide is accurate
• You will follow these Terms
• You will not use WishCraftHub for illegal, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account using your first name, last name, email address, and password.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details safe
• Using a strong password
• All activity under your account
• Updating your account information when needed
• Logging out from shared or public devices

You must not:

• Share your account with others
• Use another person’s account without permission
• Provide false or misleading account information
• Create an account for abuse, spam, fraud, or illegal activity

WishCraftHub may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

User content includes anything you create, upload, submit, or share through WishCraftHub, including:

• Birthday person’s name
• Birthday date
• Birthday message
• Images
• Template content
• Support messages

You keep ownership of your content. However, by uploading or creating content on WishCraftHub, you give WishCraftHub permission to store, process, display, reproduce, and share that content as needed to provide the service.

This permission includes the right to render your template through a shareable link.

You are fully responsible for the content you create, upload, or share.

5. Shareable Links

Templates may be accessible through shareable links.

Anyone with access to a shareable link may be able to view the template content, including names, dates, messages, and images.

You are responsible for deciding what information you include in a template and who you share the link with.

Do not include private, sensitive, confidential, illegal, harmful, or unauthorized information in a template.

WishCraftHub is not responsible if someone views a template because you shared the link or someone else forwarded it.

6. Content Rules

You agree not to upload, create, publish, or share content that:

• Is illegal
• Is abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing
• Violates another person’s privacy
• Violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, spam, or harmful code
• Contains sexual, exploitative, or harmful content involving minors
• Impersonates another person or organization
• Misleads, scams, or deceives others
• Damages WishCraftHub or other users
• Encourages violence, self-harm, fraud, or illegal activity

WishCraftHub may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Uploaded Images

You must only upload images that you own or have permission to use.

You must not upload images that:

• Violate another person’s rights
• Expose private or sensitive information without permission
• Contain illegal, harmful, abusive, or exploitative material
• Contain malware or harmful code
• Are used for fraud, impersonation, harassment, or abuse

WishCraftHub may remove uploaded images that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Editing and Deleting Templates

Users can edit or delete template data from their account.

When you delete a template, it will no longer be available through normal user access. Some data may remain temporarily in backups, logs, cache, security systems, or technical records until removed according to our normal retention process.

Deleting a template does not automatically delete all account data.

9. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account from the Profile section of your dashboard.

We verify the request with a time-limited code sent to your registered email address. After verification, we will delete your account and its associated data unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, backup, or recordkeeping reasons.

Account deletion permanently removes access to your templates and account-related features.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attack, hack, overload, or disrupt WishCraftHub
• Try to access another user’s account
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems without permission
• Upload malicious files, malware, or harmful code
• Abuse customer support
• Use WishCraftHub for spam or fraud
• Use WishCraftHub to violate any law or regulation
• Interfere with ads, analytics, or website security systems
• Attempt to bypass restrictions, rate limits, authentication, or security protections
• Use WishCraftHub in a way that harms other users, the website, or third-party services

11. Third-Party Services and Advertising

WishCraftHub uses third-party services, including:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications
• Google Analytics 4 for traffic tracking and analytics
• Google reCAPTCHA v2 for bot protection and form security on sign in, sign up, forgot password, verify email, and contact us pages
• Adsterra for displaying advertisements

By using WishCraftHub, you agree to Google's use of reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Advertisements shown through Adsterra may be selected, delivered, measured, or optimized using cookies, pixels, tags, device information, browser information, IP address, page interaction data, ad views, ad clicks, and similar technical data.

WishCraftHub does not control every advertisement shown by third-party advertising networks. We are not responsible for third-party advertiser websites, landing pages, products, services, claims, content, privacy practices, or security practices.

You should use your own judgment before clicking any advertisement or providing information to any third-party website.

12. Cookies and Advertising Consent

By using WishCraftHub, you understand that cookies and similar technologies may be used for website functionality, analytics, security, and advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you block cookies, some parts of WishCraftHub may not work properly.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights related to advertising cookies, analytics cookies, consent, opt-out choices, or data sharing. WishCraftHub will handle such rights where legally required.

13. Service Availability

We try to keep WishCraftHub available and working properly, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

We may update, suspend, limit, change, or discontinue any part of WishCraftHub at any time.

We are not responsible for service issues caused by hosting providers, third-party tools, internet failures, cyberattacks, maintenance, user misuse, or events outside our reasonable control.

14. No Guarantee of Data Loss Prevention

We use reasonable measures to protect user data, but no system is perfect.

You should keep your own backup of important images, messages, or template content. WishCraftHub is not responsible for lost content caused by user error, technical issues, account misuse, server problems, third-party service failure, or events outside our control, except where the law says otherwise.

15. Intellectual Property

WishCraftHub, including its design, branding, features, code, text, graphics, website structure, and service name, is owned by WishCraftHub or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or misuse WishCraftHub’s intellectual property without permission.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate someone else’s intellectual property rights.

16. Feedback and Suggestions

If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or improvement requests, you allow WishCraftHub to use them without restriction or payment to you.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to WishCraftHub if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the website
• Your content creates legal, security, privacy, or abuse risk
• You interfere with third-party services or advertisements
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the service

You may stop using WishCraftHub at any time.

18. Disclaimer

WishCraftHub is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

• The website will always work perfectly
• Templates will always be available
• The website will be free from errors or interruptions
• User content will never be lost
• Advertisements will always be accurate, safe, or relevant
• Third-party services will always work correctly
• The service will meet every user expectation

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, WishCraftHub will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of data
• Loss of content
• Loss of templates
• Loss of profits
• Service interruption
• Third-party advertising issues
• Third-party website issues
• Unauthorized access caused by user negligence
• Problems caused by services outside our control

This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow such limits.

20. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses that arise from:

• Your use of WishCraftHub
• Your uploaded content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of another person’s rights
• Your misuse of shareable links
• Your illegal or unauthorized activity

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we update them, we will change the “Last Updated” date above.

Your continued use of WishCraftHub after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
